To See your Team's Practice schedule,go to your team and click on that. You may also want to call your coach to double check the time and dates...After the teams are formed. If you need more information,please contact Club Director, Coach Wendy Bills@ 801-362-3373 Tryouts for the 2009-2010 season will be Nov. 9th 2009, at Cenntenial Middle School, 305 E. 2230 N. Provo, Utah. There will be a Non-refundable tryout fee of $25.00 due at TryOuts. You will need to bring your IVA membership forms and receipt with you to Tryouts. Register at www.imvolleyball.org. Find the membership box. Everything is being done electronically this year. If you are a new member follow the instructions in the box. If you are a returning member, follow the re-new membership instructions. Parents are required to sign for players electronically. Parents will be required to provide a driver license number. Mandatory Parents Meeting on Wednesday, November 11th, at Centennial Middle School Cafetorium. Player Deposit of $575.00 will be required to begin your player package process. You will also need to bring your IVA membership forms and receipt with you. Register at www.imvolleyball.org. Remember you will need your membership registration forms at Tryouts. We are very excited about our Coaching Staff this season. Go to the Coaches' page and see who's in! If teams are Ready to form on Monday , Nov. 9th, we will secure that team.Contracts will be available to sign and deposit will be collected. Mr. Bills is willing to work out payment plans. You should contact him directly at/or before parent's meeting. NEW INFORMATION: Go to www.imvolleyball.org and sign yourself up to be a member of Utah Viper Volleyball. Your parents will need to electronically sign the waiver forms. They will need to provide a driver license number and sign your forms electronically. Bring your Volleyball Membership Forms with you to the Utah Viper Club tryouts. Everything this year is being done electronically. Times and Team Tryout Age Group 13,14 4:30-6:00pm 12's & under Team Formation November 16th 5:00 - 6:00pm @ Centennial Middle School- 350 E. 2230 N., Provo. Parents meeting and contracts will be ready to sign at Team Formation. Deposit of $400.00 will be due at contract signing. Total Season Fee for the 12's and under $700 plus IVA membership (go to www.imvolleyball.org to sign up for your membership. Bring that with you on the Team Formation day). Parent's Meeting- Wednesday, November 11th @ Centennial Cafetorium at specific age group times. Talk to Coach at Tryouts. IVA Player Membership, Receipt,and $575.00 deposit will be required @ contract signing. Total Fee for the 2010 season is $945.00* plus your IVA membership that you take care of on your own. (Includes 7-8 tournaments. plus all other costs.) * If your team is practicing at 24 Hour Fitness (Provo) the player will be responsible for that start-up membership fee inside the Utah Viper Volleyball contract. Utah Viper Volleyball will take care of the monthly fee from January to May 2010. Anyone belonging to or in the Utah Viper Volleyball Club organization will be able to join 24Hour Fitness at the same rate that our Club is getting. Parents, siblings etc. will be able to join at Parents Meeting on November 11th, 2009 @ Centennial Middle School. Contact Mr. Greg Bills @ 375-0301 for more financial information.
